Unfortunately I got a tree that was very wobbly. Very pretty and solid for a cat tree but mine was defective. Was told I needed the original box/packaging to return the item. Why would I keep original box after I put it together? Horrible customer service! Should stand behind their product.

We mention in our return policy to keep the box for returns to make the process easier and avoid delays, but we understand this can be an inconvenience and we do accept alternatives. For instance, you can find a suitable box for the return, or if necessary we can ship out a new box to you (adds delays). We have been actively responding to your emails and looking forward to resolving this.
Our cat enjoys elevated lounging, so this tree was perfect with its larger upper-level platform that is easy for him to access. Appreciate the simplicity of the design, as our guy does not have much interest in the hammocks/condos/accessories that are commonly found on other cat trees.
Not your average carpeted cat tree. Has a nice modern look and takes up minimal space. The middle level doesn’t get much use as it’s kind of an awkward space, but both cats love this tree and use it daily.
Expensive for what it is, but is very sturdy and well made. It should last a long time. We do wish there were options for colours with the mats and bed. Happy with our purchase nonetheless and would recommend for those looking for a cat tree.
