      I was excited to get this for our cats as the reviews were so good. Upon opening the box I discovered that one of the piece’s was cracked all the way down and warped (one side of the cat house). I was really disappointed but put it together anyways (I’m not prepared to pay for return shipping after already paying $200). The cats love it. I hope it holds up and the crack doesn’t worsen in time. For the price, I’d expect quality control to be a little better. Giving 3 stars as my cats do love it and other than the crack, it looks nice.

      We adopted two 7-year-old brothers from the fine folks at the Upper Credit Humane Society. From the second day in their new home, they started using this cat tree. It's in front of a window where they can watch our bird feeders, and they love it! It took a few days for them to feel confident enough to get up on the top bed, but now it's their favourite place to nap. It's stable and well constructed, and not hard to assemble. The sleek design looks good in our living room. The top bed is large enough for the 16.5 lb cat. Thank you for making such a wonderful product.

      Sturdy and well designed

      Assembly was fast and easy. Our cat was in need of a new tree to watch birds and cuddle. We hadn’t even placed it next to the window yet when he was already taking his first nap. The scratching posts are also good quality and good for his claws. It’s a very good tree to add more height and scratching placed for any cat.
