We accept returns within 14 days after the delivery date if you are unsatisfied with a product. After this period is elapsed, we no longer accept returns for a refund.
You must keep the original packaging to qualify for a return, and the item must be in good condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com with the reason for the return and we will generate a label for you.
For all returns, we provide you with a prepaid return label. However, a $30 CAD charge may apply depending on the reason for the return.
Buyer's Remorse: for returns due to buyer's remorse or any other reason not due to a defective product (for example, your cat not immediately taking to the tree) we charge a $30 CAD return fee. This helps us cover the costs of return shipping and the processing/re-stocking labor.
Defective Products: if you received a defective product, please send us pictures immediately upon receipt of what you received. We do not charge any return fee if the product is confirmed to be defective on the day of delivery.
Items Lost in Transit
Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as overloaded shipping facilities can cause delays. If your order shipping times exceeds our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided using the tracking link for the customer to investigate.
